6+ years across DeFi trading, crypto conversion, digital ownership, and connected products.
At Typus, Binance, Framed*, and Bitmark, I worked on products where people had to understand unfamiliar systems before trusting them with money, data, or a connected device. I focus on the decision a screen is asking for, make its state legible, and remove whatever does not help someone act.
Outside company work I build small tools of my own: Horizon, a live weather sky; QSign, a browser PDF signer; and Pulse, a local macOS menu bar app that reads Claude Code usage. Building and shipping them means the design has to survive contact with real implementation, not stay in Figma.
Art Practice
Painting is still part of how I work.
I hold an M.A. in Painting from the Royal College of Art and continue to show my paintings in solo and group exhibitions. Judging composition and restraint on a canvas carries into how I judge hierarchy on a screen: what leads, what recedes, and what can be removed.
